Preparation of working documents (CDs,collations of comments, etc.) and follow-up on comments;
- preparation of meetings (agenda, reports, all documents necessary for discussion during the meeting);
- recording of decisions taken and their subsequent implementation;
- preparation of strategic policy statement and regular update of programme of work;
- preparation of the reports to the Standardization Management Board (SMB);
- preparation of the meeting minutes;
- management of work delegated by technical committees (to working groups or project leaders);
- management of the maintenance;
- management of the editing committee;
- other requested by employer.
