Salut.  Am preluat o companie cu capital 100% romanesc, asociat unic fiind o persoana straina cu rezidenta in RO. El este si salariatul propriei firme si plateste taxe statului roman. Acum solicita dividende. Totul este in regula pana la declararea si plata impozitului aferent. Trebuie declarat prin declaratia unica ? Persoana repet, are rezidenta si CNP de RO.
