  1. Vreau sa-mi fac o companie de angajari / recrutare personal

    Buna dimineata si bine v-am gasit (este primul meu mesaj pe aici)! Am si eu o intrebare la care nu am stiut unde, in alta parte, sa gasesc un raspuns rapid si corect: vreau sa imi fac o firma de recrutare de personal (pentru Romania si Ungaria) si nu stiu ce trebuie sa fac concret. Ideea este ca firma deja exista, mai am nevoie sa iau codul CAEN si sa fac un act aditional la statut dar... dupa ce am si acest cod, oare ce trebuie sa mai fac? Va multumesc,
