    Am o nedumerire. O persoana vrea sa se angajeze la compania X. Se duce, da interviu, i se da o oferta de angajare care pare bunicica. Persoana semneaza aceasta oferta de angajare (oferta de angajare, NU CONTRACT). Apoi din diverse motive se razgandeste, si anunta angajatorul ca nu mai vrea sa vina la el. Angajatorul poate sa il dea in judecata pe baza acelei oferte? Pe motiv ca are semnatura lui pe oferta? E legal lucrul acesta?
